The management of issues, risks, and changes to scope during the lifecycle of a project, are critical elements of project management.
Project Portal contains a risk, issue and change request database. This facility allows any users who are assigned to a project to capture an issue, risk
or change request against the project and assign it to one of the project team members. The risks, issues and change requests are categorised according to the project manager’s requirements and this enables analysis, should the need arise. The IRC database also accommodates fields for issue resolutions, risk mitigation and change solutions, which is valuable information for future similar projects.
Change requests will be directed to the selected approver via email for on-line approval or rejection.
