The system requires the project manager to complete a monthly progress report. Information captured onto this report updates the project dashboard and the progress report can be emailed to the project role players. An on-line minutes module enables the project manager to capture minutes during the project team meetings and instantaneously assign any actions or tasks to the team members. These are recorded on-line and emailed to the team member.
Minutes can be emailed and printed from the system. An on-line project summary report is available as well as a download of all issues, risks and change requests logged on the system. Custom reports can be generated on request.
